Architects as Developers

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "ToS") carefully before using the website (www.architectasdeveloper.ng.com) operated by Architects as Developers ("us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site.

1. Use of the Site

A. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are capable of forming a binding contract.

B. Access and Purpose

The Site is provided for informational and business inquiry purposes only. All content and services provided through the Site are intended to facilitate professional communication regarding architectural, development, investment, and consulting opportunities with Architect As Developer.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the portfolio imagery, text, graphics, logos, and the "Architects as Developers" branding) are and will remain the exclusive property of Architects as Developers and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial, or internal business evaluation use only, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from the Site without our express prior written permission.

C. Submitted Information

Any ideas, concepts, or information you submit via the Site's inquiry forms remain your property, but by submitting them, you grant AAD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and adapt that information solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential business relationship or project inquiry.

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site;

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site;

Any content obtained from the Site; and

Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
